First Global Integrated Lifting Solutions Limited Health, Safety and Environment policy is to ensure there is no harm to the people, equipment and preservation of the environment during the cause of conducting its business. Our personnel/staffs are conversant with our 12 Life Saving Rules.
The management of First Global Integrated Lifting Solutions Limited will continue to implement this policy by taking proactive measures that comply with the requirement of the relevant legislation and also create safe work environment for his employees. We also train our employees on basic HSE requirements and precautions and also assess all work site hazards and provide required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Our management required the involvement and participation of the employees in the organisation with all government agencies and other related organisation to HES in Nigeria. We also believe that HSE performance is independent to a process of continuous improvement. For emergencies, we have functional emergency response system including Medical Retainership with accredited medical facilities and also investigate all HSE incidents no matter how minor in order to learn lessons from them to forestall repeat.

Our Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies have been approved by the Board and endorsed by the Managing Director. The policies are thoroughly documented, implemented and maintained at all levels and are clearly displayed on our departmental notice boards. Awareness and compliance with our HSEQ policies is included as part of the First Integrated employee induction system
